Lately, I'm so busy I haven't had time to blog but here is a quick mishmash of my activities! Etegami The motto of Etegami is:  It's fine to be clumsy. Well that suits me just fine because I am not a perfectionist in any way.  Above is an Etegami postcard I sent my daughter in law.  Mistakes and all.  I saw this and loved it.   It seems that I have been taking a zillion pictures lately! Including a selfie or two!! Pocket letters!  I'm all about pocket letters. Here is one I received!  With bonus stuff! Perfect for my Pink Saturday offering! It came in the mail in a large envelope decorated with stickers and had some  bonus cards and a note pad!  Here is the actual pocket letter with a beach theme. The back side had goodies enclosed! Today was Sally's last Blue Monday post on her  Linky Party Blog.  She passed away last week, a shock to me when I first heard. This is what I had set aside to post to celebrate Blue Monday today. As a Christian, Sally left a wonderful post explaining her faith, which I share, and how you can experience her peace as well.  Please take a moment to go and read it if you haven't already.  Here is the LINK It's hard to lose a friend.  I've been interacting and contributing to Blue Monday for many years when I had something blue to contribute.  I wish the family peace and joy in Sally's promotion to a place in Heaven.   

In Brooksville there is a little complex of  very adorable shops and this lovely tea room! Many of the shops are interconnected  and you can walk from one to the other without going outdoors.  You can also enter each shop from the main porch area.  Here is the entrance to the Tilted Teacup.    They serve a lovely high tea!  This is the main portion of the meal.   Each person had four different sandwiches, a hot quiche, and three different mini desserts. This was after a preliminary pot of tea and blueberry scones.  It was really elegant. We had a choice of Butternut Soup or Broccoli Cheese today. I chose the butternut and it was perfection. Getting together with the family Karan, my sister asked us over for the afternoon last week.  It's nice we don't have to wait  until the weekend to hang out.  We're all retired, footloose and fancy free. She has put in a new garden and it was really beautiful at night I had to have this shadow picture! The twilight give the rocks and shadow an amazing blue color Karan is happiest when entertaining!  My younger sister was here as well as Joel, Karan's friend, and Mom  I was having such a good time I forgot to photograph the delicious dinner she made for us: To begin: Wine and a variety of crackers, white and yellow cheeses and meats Roast pork and sauerkraut  baked with apple and onion Mashed potato Green beans with almonds Rolls Godiva chocolate liqueur And to finish... I never tire of watching a parade, at The Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World The shadows dance along just as happily as the characters  Evil birds in shimmering shades of blue guard Sleeping Beauty Tinkerbell sits in a garden of  flowers in Neverland Alice tries valiantly to keep up with the Mad Hatter in his yellow coat!  Goofy...being himself!  Each visit I have made on my pass, I always stop and marvel at the fun of seeing the  colorful, familiar characters come to life and dance down the street.   Sharing with Shadow Shot Sunday Blue Monday Monday Mellow Yellows

JAPAN! We really explored several countries while we were at the World Showcase at Epcot.  Instead of walking around the the lake on the main thoroughfare, we went into the shops and in the nooks and crannies. I loved the Buddah Board!  Painting with water, just for the moment.  It fades away, ready for a new "moment" in minutes.  It was too hard to resist and I took one home. Starts with C:  Calendar A 2016 calendar was a great temptation but just would not fit into my decor, as eclectic as it is!   Everywhere was beauty in the most simplistic of fashion.   We decided to have lunch at  TEPPAN EDO The Dining room!
